From the rubble of the former Winnipeg Public Safety Building, once a fine example of brutalist style architecture circa 1965 and fallen out of favor, one steps back another 100 years for a glimpse at a collection of buildings housing Red River College on Princess street known as the Barber Block after architect Charles Arnold Barber.
